Our retail portfolio is divided into two groups. Firstly, we have considerable holdings in "traditional" shopping areas like Oxford Street, Piccadilly, and Notting Hill Gate.

Through continual management and redevelopment, we bring new vitality and inspiration to all these areas.

Secondly, we're creating new and much-needed retail destinations to areas like Victoria, the South Bank and the City, as part of the mixed-use strategy that informs almost all our new developments.

Wherever we invest, we aim to make a positive impact on whole areas. So we always look to develop blocks of retail premises, rather than scattered individual properties.
