Overview
We have transformed this 1950s property, within sight of our own headquarters, by adding an extra floor, creating a new, more welcoming reception and replacing the entire façade in lightweight, contemporary limestone.
The office space, totalling over 93,000 square feet, is now home to Bain and Co, MindShare Media and Fujitsu, while the 37,500 square feet of ground floor retail has attracted household names such as Superdrug, NatWest Bank and McDonald's.
