The Park House site covers an entire city block, totalling almost half a hectare, on a prime Oxford Street location near Marble Arch.
The dramatic, glass-roofed structure will combine 100,000 square feet of retail (on the lower ground, ground and first floors) with 165,000 square feet of exceptional office space and 39 superb apartments, with views across Oxford Street and Mayfair. The scheme will also considerably improve North Row, and indeed the whole of the surrounding public space.
