We have completely refurbished this London landmark to create the flagship for Landflex, our flexible leasing offer. Here, a range of service options ensures our tenants – including the Metropolitan Police – are always in control.
As well as improving the 415,000 square feet of office space, and 27,000 square feet of retail, we have re-skinned the building in glass and metal, expanded the lobby and created a new public plaza. Three new upper floors provide penthouse offices, exhibition space and entertainment facilities.
