Overview
The tallest building in Victoria, Portland House is a 29-storey icon of 1960s architecture that we have completely refurbished over ten years. Now part of the Cardinal Place estate, it is also a major element in our regeneration of the whole Victoria area.
Each of the 26 office floors offers around 11,000 square feet of open, column-free space, some of which is let to a variety of organisations including Angel Trains and Regus. 13,000 square feet of lower ground floor space provides a superb gym, adding to the diversity of facilities we've brought to Victoria.
