Overview
The building that launched our ongoing regeneration of Victoria, Eland House was designed by EPR Architects as a contemporary companion to the 1960s Portland House, and was completed in 1995.
Featuring an array of energy-saving devices across almost 250,000 square feet of office space, it is a fitting home for the Department of the Environment, as well as the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister.
