Overview
The vast, mixed-use scheme we are proposing at Bressenden Place will be another milestone in our regeneration of Victoria. Encompassing around two million square feet of office, retail and residential space, this development – beginning in earnest in 2010 – will bring enormous improvements for the local public realm.
The current poor town layout will be replaced with a scheme combining works by a number of architects. Naturally, it will also be sensitive to the local listed buildings and conservation area. By enhancing the best of what exists and creating new, inspiring architecture, we will help this area fulfil its remarkable potential.
